107 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 107 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 107 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 107 ("Platform"). Continuing to use the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- This platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
- 107 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate any user account at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed to have only one account on the 107 platform. Multiple account registration by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.
Password Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and for all activities under their account. 107 recommends users to:
- Use strong, unique passwords not used on other platforms.
- Do not share your login information with any other party.
- Notify the platform immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the 107 platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or manipulation of game systems. Use of automated software (bots), hacking tools, or any methods designed to cheat the platform is forbidden and may lead to legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 107 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are valid and belong to them. Using third-party cards or accounts without permission is prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including internet banking (FPX), e-wallets, and DuitNow QR. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the specified time frame for each method. 107 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as deposit, subject to full identity verification. 107 may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Processing times depend on the selected method. Any attempts to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activities will be blocked and reported.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions on the platform. 107 does not withhold or pay taxes on behalf of users unless required by applicable law.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limitations
107 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to: service interruptions, technical errors, gambling losses, or unauthorized access not caused by the platform’s negligence. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
107 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:
- User breaches any provision of these terms.
- Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected in the account.
- User provides false information during registration or verification.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period set by the platform from time to time.
Funds remaining in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited without compensation, at the discretion of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, software, and materials on the 107 platform are the exclusive property of 107 or our respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 107.
Third-Party Links, Term Changes & Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 107 platform may use third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, and verification systems. 107 is not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of these third parties. User interactions with third parties are at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Changes to These Terms
107 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users through appropriate channels at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except in urgent cases. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through mutually agreed processes, and if required, by courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims related to the 107 platform.
